Use of these forums is subject to the following forum rules:

Spamming - Although the very nature of this forum is for people to post a lot there is a thin line between p0stwh0ring and spamming - this line must not be crossed. P0stWh0ring is the art of posting in large quantities whilst still ensuring that the posts are of a certain quality. Spamming on the other hand is just posting lots of thoughtless crap and will NOT be tolerated.
Flaming - Although forums by their very nature can lead to heated debates flaming will not be tolerated. Personal attacks on members will be tolerated no more than in real life. It is one thing to disagree with someone and even show your dislike for them but any signs of hatred, abusive or malicious attacks will result in severe punishment. This rule also extends to referring to people who are not members of the p0stwh0res community.
Illegal Material - You must not transmit any message, information, data, text, software or graphic files, or other materials ("Content") that is unlawful (including illegal drug usage), harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful or racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable. This extends to posting links to any 'Warez' file or pornography. This forum is visited by members of all ages and as such all pornographic imagry is banned. Posting a link to any file which contains a virus, Trojan horse or other mischievous Content will result in an immediate ban.
Etiquete - As a member of the p0stwh0res community you are expected to post in a way that does not cause discomfort to other forum members. Continous and inappropriate use of swear words will not be tolerated. You have a responsibility to ensure that all posts that you make are readible and in particular to NOT break forum formatting. If you wish to post a picture larger than 800 pixel wide you must post it as a link and not inside your message as to preserve the formatting of the forum
Impersonation - You agree not to create an account to impersonnate any person or entity that is not yourself. This extends in particular to creating accounts using the same Nick Name as any member of the 3DR UBB, and in particular it's staff.
Care when Posting - When creating a topic you must carefully decide in which board your post best resides. There are numerous boards on the forum and posting into the wrong board will most likely result in your thread being moved or deleted. In particular any threads celebrating reaching certain amounts of posts or testing sitnatures etc should be posted in the spam board.
P0stWh0res attack - From time to time members of the p0stwh0res community may commence posting on another set up forums. If you partipate in such an event you agree to abide by the target forums set of rules in addition to the rules et out on this page. You also agree that under no circumstances shall you mention the name of this site either before, during or after the p0stwh0ring event. When the p0stwh0ring event is officially closed you shall immediatly cease to post on the target forums. In addition to this you shall not participate in any unsantioned p0stwh0ring event
Moderation - By posting on this forum you agree to respect the position of moderator and accept that the moderators decision is final. This is a private forum and as such you agree to abide by the rules set out herein. In additional the decision of the administrator of the forum is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Abusive Members - If a situation arrises where another member is spamming the forums or being abbusive you are not to respond in a similar fashion. Instead report the post to a moderator of the forums who will in turn take the required action against the member. If you are suffering any abuse through the forum private message system you are advised to send a private message to the administrator of the forum and advised NOT to delete any abusive messages you have received.
Copyright - You may not upload or transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.
Response to the breaking of any forum rules is at the complete discretion of the forum moderators. Breaking of any of these rules may invoke either an official warning, suspension of posting abilities or in the extreme case a ban from the forums. The level of punishment shall be based on the severity of the offenders actions.
